Warranty Policy
Our products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
- Golf poles used to build the tent/frame are covered under warranty.
- If a golf pole is damaged due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days, we will offer:
- A free replacement pole, or
- A replacement part, or
- A refund, depending on the situation.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage to the net caused by golf balls, misuse, or excessive force.
- Damage caused by using non-compatible or original hard golf balls on products that are not designed for them.
- Normal wear and tear, improper installation, or misuse.
Important Notes
- Some of our products are compatible with real/original golf balls, while others are not.
Please check the product description carefully before use. - Many of our products include practice golf balls that are designed to be safe for the net. We recommend using only the included or recommended practice balls.
How to Claim Warranty
To request warranty service, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
We reserve the right to provide replacement parts (such as golf poles) instead of a full product replacement when appropriate.
