  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

    • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are not eligible for returns.

    2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

    3. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

    4. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

  • Return Shipping Cost:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.
